Make a vital contribution to the day to day operations of a charity dedicated to improving the life chances of children and young people.

At Oasisplay, we run several exciting sites for children and young people, including a Kart Track, a Nature Garden and an Adventure Playground. We provide varied opportunities for children and young people to play, learn new skills and knowledge and develop confidence and self-esteem. We are managed by a voluntary management committee and funded by the London Borough of Lambeth, The National Lottery, BBC Children in Need, The Walcot Foundation and the City Bridge Trust.

As the HR Officer you will work closely with the management team to help support in all aspects of HR including management of personnel records, implementing HR policies and procedures, supporting with recruitment, performance management and training.

You must be an excellent administrator able to work effectively both as part of a team and autonomously, demonstrating initiative, resourcefulness, and efficiency at all times.
