Oasis Casual Playworkers

 

This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-established and respected local charity to help improve the well-being and life chances of disabled and disadvantaged children and young people in Stockwell, London SW8 and beyond.

 

Oasis runs 6 core projects; a Children’s Nature Garden, a Karting Project, an Adventure Playground, a Sports Project, a Volunteering Project and an Inclusion Project.

 

Each of the projects provides unique opportunities for children and young people to play, learn new skills/knowledge and develop their confidence and self-esteem.

 

The Oasis Adventure Playground and Inclusion Project require new enthusiastic, motivated, creative problem solvers with experience of working with disadvantaged/disabled children, young people and their families to join our team of casual playworkers. Opportunities are available on both projects depending on your previous experience of supporting children and young people.

 

 

As a casual playworker you will be required to work flexibly when needed on After School clubs (Tuesday to Friday), Saturday sessions (Term time) and School holiday playschemes.

 

 

Rate of pay: £10.20 – £12.75 per hour
